Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or you were charged but never received account access, contact support with your receipt and we will correct it.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback on a delivered digital product results in immediate termination of course access. Contact support first — genuine delivery problems are always resolved.
